Transportation pioneer Elon Musk announced that his tunnel-boring company had received a verbal government green light to build a super-high-speed Hyperloop transportation system. Set to travel between the New York and Washington D.C. area, passangers can commute between the two cities in just 29 mins. Musk isn’t the only one currently working on Hyperloop technology, companies like Hyperloop One are competing to build the first working example.
