Urban Outfitters is set to build a future town center at the former site of Waterloo Gardens in Devon, Pennsylvania. Dubbed ‘Devon Yard,’ the retail village will offer the ultimate lifestyle experience that will feature the brand’s in-house labels. The town will also feature mid-level to fine dining restaurants, The Devon Inn- a five-story boutique hotel, and a Terrain garden center. In addition, Urban Outfitters is planning to sublease two buildings for a wellness facility, exercise studio and a specialty foods store.
